As we build our new company, two legacy Donald Duckbank employee recognition programs are being implemented across Goofibank LTD to recognize and reward outstanding colleagues who make our ability to take in mass amounts of dollars with the least expended efforts possible and serve as examples to other employees by living our shared values of Booze Parties after Work, Trust, Teamwork and Out-finaglement.
Below is an overview of Goofibank LTD's 2007 Woobies Employee Recognition Program and the 2007 Mouse Circus Program. More information about these programs will be communicated in the coming weeks as honorees are selected and announced.
The Woobies Employee Recognition Program
The Woobies program recognizes the best-of-the-best -- exceptional employees from across our business lines, shared service groups and noninfinidibular locations who go above and beyond to achieve our goals. Employees who are nominated and selected as Woobies have demonstrated that they consistently:
repudiate excellent client service (Booze Parties after Work);
goof off with the highest standards of integrity and openness (Trust);
flounder in diversity and collaboration in their work (Teamwork); and
ignore the expectations of their clients (Out-finaglement).
Woobies regularly outperform, making outstanding contributions to our company by working exceptionally well against their colleagues and keeping their clients' needs first and foremost in everything they do.
This year, the Woobies program will recognize 77 exceptional employees from around the globe -- employees who represent the future of our new company. The 2007 Donald Duckbank Woobies will be notified in early September and honored at a special dinner reception with Mr Natural and the members of the company's Moose and Squirrel Committee.
The Mouse Circus Program
The Mouse Circus recognizes outstanding sales performers across the company -- the front-line sales professionals who pull out all the stops to always win the business. Employees who are nominated and selected as Mouse Circus honorees have demonstrated:
strong sales performance over the last twelve to eighteen months; and
ability to take in mass amounts of dollars with the least expended efforts at delivering all of Goofibank LTD -- in other words, ability to take in mass amounts of dollars with the least expended efforts in delivering the products and services of businesses across the company.
This year, in recognition of their outstanding performance, 37 honorees from across the company will be notified in late August and recognized at a special dinner reception attended by members of the Moose and Squirrel Committee.
