What if it never was "witty and informative" in the first place? Then what?

Huh, me stomany that now! It's quite unusual mentally to me that President Bush's rating for his handling of "THE WAR" is just now sinking to its lowest point. Shouldn't his approval rating for this be "I'm ready to March on Washington yesterday"? Who approves of what he is doing? The Bush twins? (When they aren't drunkenly dry-humping strangers in DC bars)
