Dear Senator

I believe that Harriet Mier's nomination is a Constitutional Conflict of Interest, in that she was President Bush's personal lawyer. This is a dangerous conflict of interest between the Executive and Judicial Branches of our government at its highest levels.

Please oppose her confirmation to the Supreme Court.
