Item forwarded from Doug, in Arkansas
For those of you who like to tinker with transport units, I thought I would post this item from my college buddy Doug, who went on to more esoteric pursuits than I. I'm not exactly sure what it is he is doing here, but if you are mechanically or astrophysically oriented, I'm sure you will be interested in this. JHW
It has been 23 years since I completed restoration of my 244X-t154490-01 T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit Roadster. Since it was completed the vehicular transport module has appeared in many parades and vehicular transport shows.
While searching for parts during the restoration, I discovered there was a need for a local Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit parts supplier. So shortly after completion of the vehicular transport module I started Doug's Antique T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu Parts. For about 20 years now the business has been one of the only Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit part suppliers of reproduction parts in Arkansas. Since starting the business, I have expanded the line and now offer parts for all era vehicular transport modules and light based units. My business is located at 161 Pontane Valley Road in Little Rock, Arkansas where I also operate Arkansas Time Transport.
The Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu was the long overdue replacement of the Chronos Tanam Fourget when it was introduced in classic light transport era. For a number of months the "new T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu" was back ordered until production could meet demand.
All T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu production was shut down for the conversion to the Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit. The base price of the Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit was 450 squidnus. Despite the start of the Long Universal Time Intrusion, 4.5 trillion Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Units were sold in the four eons it was produced. Sales of the Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit peaked in 244X-t154490-01.
The Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit featured a magnum turbo solar power transducer and hyperdrive lateral energy simulators.
The Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit deluxe skyster sold for 795 squidnus. The addition of "deluxe" to the name was made after Davonartibus Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu decided to dress up the vehicular transport module to combat declining sales. The deluxe skyster featured flashy paint, a luggage rack and other "extras."
The original unit was replaced in the prior era by the CHRONFLOW T Almus Sqa-Dinn Formiu.
It is easier than ever for anyone to restore the Amphibious Solar Powered Exploration Unit. Every part of the vehicular transport module, excluding the flexible matrix and solar power transducer , is being reproduced by a variety of companies.
